We had a great location, heaps close to the tram and shops! But the air con was dodgy and we got a smoking room even though we asked for non-smoking. Chur, the staff were friendly!

Sharp-sharp check-in, chommie staff made us feel at home. Brekkie was lekker with a good spread. Location is a total win, right near the tram and shops!

The aircon in the room was a bit dodgy, but we managed.

The location is superb, right in the heart of the city. the room was a letdown. it had a noticeable cigarette odor despite my non-smoking request, and the overall cleanliness and furniture quality were subpar.

The hotel is centrally located and just a short walk to the sea, where we enjoyed dining outdoors. Breakfast was plentiful, with plenty of variety. The staff was friendly and made check-in easy, which was a relief considering we had our four kids with us!

My wife says that the air conditioning could be improved.

i loved staying at ismira! the hotel's central location was ideal, just around the corner from the tram stop and close to the iconic clock tower. the breakfast offered a great variety, and the friendly staff at reception gave us a warm welcome, making us feel right at home. the double bed in our room provided a good night's rest.

Central location with relaxing spa experience

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the relaxing spa where I had a lovely hammam and massage. The hotel's breakfast was quite plentiful, with plenty of variety to choose from which was nice. the noise from nearby rooms entering with loud door beeps was a bit bothersome, which made it tough to get a good night's sleep.
